This Massage is more suited to sports players & people with chronic tension. It is a firmer massage than your Swedish. We work further down into the muscle fibres and use techniques using our forearms and elbows. The aim is to release those contracted muscles.

Suitable for expectant mums over 12 weeks pregnant. Mum-to-be will feel comfortable while lying on her side for her back massage.
We use Swedish techniques during this massage but are very careful around areas on the feet and lower back. This is a lovely massage to have to take the weight off your feet and have some tension taken away from those problem areas that come hand-in-hand with pregnancy.
