We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If 24 hours notice is not given you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee (of your treatment cost)
In the case of a ‘no-show’ appointment, you will be asked to pay in full for any future appointments.
